Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. Studiophilothei.gr is a site operated by Studio Philothei (we). We are registered in Greece under the company VAT number - 082127308 and with our registered office at Thrakis 2, Filothei, Athens, Greece 15237. Our VAT number is 082127308.

All intellectual property rights concerning this web site including, but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, images and other materials are owned by Studio Philothei. Studio Philothei and logo are both registered trademarks. Our uniquely designed and carefully engineered boxes and packaging are protected under GR Registered Design. No content, design or trademarks may be reproduced, copied, used, sold and/or duplicated without our prior written consent. 

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our web site at any time. In using our site you agree to accept and abide by all of our Terms & Conditions and act in accordance with the law. You may not alter, impair or interfere in any way with our web site. If you default negligently in any obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Studio Philothei, our affiliates, partners or licensors. 

We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. We reserve the right to contact you by email, after your first order.

All prices for products on our web site are inclusive of VAT at current rates. All prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery. Prices are liable to change at any time. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection along with a refund if needed. We are under no obligation to supply you with the Product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.

Terms and Conditions of the website is originally written in greek. In case of an incompatibility between the greek and any translated text the greek one prevails.

Our site includes material goods that belong to Studio Philothei and are protected by the law.

The content of our site is literary property of Studio Philothei and it is protected by greek and international legislation.

Any copy, reproduction or broadcast of our content is forbidden without any written permission of our company, 

Our site got created and is being managed by Studio Philothei Π. Παπαδόπουλος και ΣΙΑ Ο.Ε in Athens. Greek regislation will guide the use of our site and it's interpretation.

If you visit our e-shop while you are being abroad you have got the responsibility to fillow the law of the said country.

The above terms and conditions are in a full agreement with Studio Philothei. 

Studio Philothei will occasionally change the content of the site and the terms and conditions without any warning.

You have the possibility to return the product you have purchased by contacting our shop within two hours in case the product is defective or if the product you have recieved has a big difference than the product's photo.

The return will be done without any extra cost given the fact that the product is in the same condition as when you recieved it.
